A Letter- One year anniversary

Dear You,

My third year of creating my own story through the name hannayoo works has passed with all of your genuine support and warm care. In September 2024, I opened a studio/showroom in an old brick building in Dumbo with my friend Sayaka, who runs her line Sayaka Davis. Together, we hoped to share our journey and support each other’s next steps.

In this space, I have experienced so many meaningful connections and learned more about life in community. I have faced moments of brokenness and weakness, but I have also discovered how to walk this path with trust and faith. This past year has been filled with growth, creativity, and heartfelt encounters—all made possible by your love and support.

I believe that everything grows stronger through meeting and connecting with one another. I feel deeply grateful to have met Sayaka, along with all my friends and everyone who believes in this journey and walks alongside us.
