We are delighted to introduce KYOTO BLACK at our space, the ROOM.

Kurozome (Black Dyeing) is a centuries-old Japanese dyeing technique that has been refined for over 100 years by Kyoto Montsuki, the company behind KYOTO BLACK, in Kyoto, Japan.

Bring your worn, stained, or faded garments to our Brooklyn event, and we will send them to Kyoto to be overdyed into a rich, lasting black.

For the June 6 event drop-off, there is no need to place an order in advance—simply bring your garments. All listed prices include round-trip shipping.

If you are unable to attend the event, KYOTO BLACK will also accept garments online through June 30.

For online submissions, an additional flat-rate shipping fee of $8 will be applied at checkout. A prepaid shipping label will be provided. Please use the link below.
